JUDGEMENT DAY - “DREAM RAFFLE”
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Terms and Conditions of Grange Old School Boxing Raffle:
Judgement Day “Dream Raffle” (hereinafter called “dream raffle”)
11th October to the 31st October 2010 Tickets
$25 each or four (4) for $100.
- All entries for
the dream raffle are subjected to these Terms &
Conditions
- Entry is open to
all members of the public over 18 with the exception of
direct employees and management and /or staff of Grange
Old School Boxing.
- Each Participant
who enters the dream raffle agrees to be bound by these
terms and conditions.
- A copy of the
terms and conditions will be available from The Grange
Old School Boxing office, located at 8/24 Anzac Ave,
Smeaton Grange, NSW, 2567. And also at the venue where
the raffle is to be drawn on 31st October 200 at The
Olympic Park Sports Centre, Olympic Boulevard, Olympic
Park NSW 2127. A copy will also be posted out to all
participants that buy tickets via the telephone or
through email enquiries and whose tickets need to be
dispatched.
- Promotion Period:
The raffle commences on Monday 11th October 2010 and
ends at 4.30pm(EST) on October 31st
- The draw will
take place at 4.30pm on Sunday 31st October 2010 at The
Sydney Olympic Park Sports Centre, Olympic Park Blvd,
Olympic Park NSW 2127. The winner will be notified on
site through a public address system initially. The
winner will subsequently be contacted by telephone,
email and mail within 2 days of the draw and the winners
name will be published on our website
www.grangeosb.com.au within 2 working days of the
draw and also published in the Sydney Morning Herald on
the 6th November 2010.
- The Prize: Return
Airfares for Two (2) to Las, Vegas, United States of
America. Accommodation for two (2) for the duration of
the holiday (five (5) days). Dinner with Mike Tyson and
Jeff Fenech, signed memorabilia by Mike Tyson and Jeff
Fenech and backstage passes to a Human Nature Concert.
Please note that the holiday is subject to availability at the time of the booking. The prize is not valid with any other offer, is neither transferable nor redeemable for cash and must be taken intact.
The winner of this prize is not allowed to on-sell or auction the prize for monetary benefit. Grange Old School Boxing reserves the right to revoke the validity of the prize, if such an incident occurs. The prizes are subject to availability and confirmation by respective sponsors. Prizes do not include additional meals or additional accommodation, spending money, transfers, travel or other insurance. Travel and accommodation availability must be coordinated directly between the prize winner and Grange Old School Boxing
- Events may occur
that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the
prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of
the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at
its absolute discretion substitute the prize of equal
value or greater value and the entrant agrees that no
liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result
thereof.
- Participant’s
personal information may be disclosed to State and
Territory lottery departments and winner’s names
published as required under the relevant State Lottery
legislation. A request to access, update or correct and
information should be directed to the Promoter
- Neither Grange Old School Boxing nor any
of the participating sponsors shall be liable for any
loss or damage, whatsoever which is suffered (including
but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or
personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of
taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot
be excluded by law. It is a condition of accepting the
prize that the winner (and their companion) may be
required to sign a legal release in a form by the
Promoter in their absolute discretion
- In the event of s dispute the decision
of Grange Old School Boxing is final and binding and no
correspondence will be entered into.
- The Promoter reserves the right to
request winners to provide proof of identidy, proof of
residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/
or proof of entry validity in order to claim a prize.
Proof of identification, residency and entry considered
suitable for verification is at the discretion of the
Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide
suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in
whole and no substitute will be offered.
